Well it's been rumored for a while but it's truly happening. Big blow to the crypto space though don't be surprised to see others follow suit in the coming years.
I haven't been trading on Bitmex in a while so am not particularly impacted but if you need an alternative I would recommend switching to any of the following:
Bybit - the leading margin trading alternative, and the one that is superior to Bitmex in my opinion. Read my full review of Bybit.
Binance - been around for ages and still one of the best.
Register at one of these and keep trading without having to worry about KYC (at least for now).
